Dedication and commitment: Consistent dedication and commitment to improving their neighbourhood over a significant period.
Collaboration and teamwork: Collaboration with others in the community and the ability to bring people together for a common cause
Unique contributions: Shows innovation and creativity in areas such as developing programs,finding solutions or implementing successful initiatives.
